I need prayer...

for guidance, and to hear the Lord and to do His will in my life. I vowed that this was the year that I would start serving the Lord like I used to. I want to do his will in my life. I need The lord to lead me, but I need to be able to hear him speaking to me, to do what He want's me to do. Please pray that The Lord would open my ear's and eyes to see and hear Him as He tell's me what to do. I need His guidance. Thank you all so much. God bless you, Love Annette

Annette, I am praying for you right now, dear Sister in Christ. Just know that even when we don't see or hear our Lord, He is still with us. He knows your heart and He is carrying you right now. You are not alone, Annette. So many times when we don't feel His presence, those are the times He is the closest to us because our need is so great. Even though you may not feel His presence, stay the course and have faith. I am lifting you up in prayer right now, Annette. May the Lord keep you in His tender care. Annette, I will pray for you and, in fact, I am also wanting to walk in closer obediance. I just read a devotional at crosswalk.com that really challanged me in that area. The Lord knows the thoughts and intents of our hearts. Blessings! Gina

Annette, I will be lifting you up in prayer. I too rededicated myself to the Lord not to long ago. I strayed after my divorce because I thought I could handle the pain on my own. I praise the Lord for my boyfriend because I feel he was sent by God to guide me back to HIS path. Heavenly father, I pray for my sister Annette, I pray for you to please open her eyes, open her heart and open her ears so that she can hear you to better serve you. Hi Annette, You are precious! God heard the desires of your heart before you even wrote this post. The fact that you want a closer walk with Him is a closer walk with Him. Dear Lord, I lift my dear sister, Annette up to you and ask that You touch her heart with Your love and peace. Help her to walk daily with You and turn each moment over to You. Dearest Annette, You are soo not alone. I think that part of our (at least my) desire to serve HIM, comes from knowing all that He has done for us. A side note on how a few of us ladies are putting feet to our faith, and in turn drawing us closer to our Lord & Savior: A weekly, IN DEPTH Bible study book. We have just started "Seeking Him". We are working with the local food bank and have decided that we are going to help our church to adopt the seniors in our community. So far, the senior group in our church is on board! YEAH!!! I love it!!! Remember that you have to let all that joy you receive from the Lord, pour out and overflow onto others...trying to keep it all for ourselves, just makes for stinky sour grapes, not sweet wine! Praise & worship Him, even if you don't "feel like it". He is worthy!He is magnificent! He is your all in all! Find a couple ladies that also desire a deeper relationship. Truly, iron sharpens iron. As we have come together, our individual "fires" have joined together and we are now a small torch! Hopefully, as we continue to pray, God will bring one at a time into this group and we will become a BONFIRE FOR JESUS!!!
