It's a new day and a new week. Thought I would ask~What's on your plate today? Are you following your program?
Breakfast:
8 oz's. Skim milk
1 scoop(28grs.) Whey Vantage protein powder (extreme vanilla)
4oz's. Light 'n Fit Carb Control yogurt.
blended together in the blender. Takes 40 min to drink. =244 cal., 4 fat grams. 21 carbs. 33 protein.
Snack;
1 light cheese stick = 60 cal, 3 fat, 0 carbs, 9 protein,
Lunch:
2 oz's tuna (in water)
2 T. Miracle Whip Free
= 64 cal.0 fat 6 carbs. 9 protein
Dinner:
1 Spinach Nugget
2 Meatless Chicken Nuggets
= 143 Cal. 6 fat 17 carbs 9 protein
Snack;

I'm so glad you posted this. I try to reply to the main board when "what's on your menu" is posted and I'm SO GLAD, you're doing it here.
Ok, what's on my plate....lets see...
B~Three bites of my breakfast (homemade) taco. I made scrambled eggs mixed with string french fries on a flour tortilla. (flour tortilla is a big no, no to my eating plan but they are good. My mother brought them for us from South TX (near the Mexico border) and boy they are GOOD.) Drinking coffee right now.
S~I'm either having a tangerine or a banana
L~Not sure yet. I might have Chinese hot and sour soup and drink some iced tea.
S~Protein shake
D~I'm making spaghetti tonight so I'll probably have some of that.

I couldn't either but now that I'm 17 months postop I can. The flower tortillas used to get stuck in my esophagus and boy oh boy it was not pretty. The spaghetti used to also make me dump like crazy!! They are both foods that I really don't have on a daily basis but shouldn't have at all.
