500 lbs...

My mom has a very close friend of hers who has..well had a son who weighed 500 lbs and was in his early 30's. I think he was going through a depression not sure if it was because of his weight and died on Monday of a heart attack. My mom tells me he was getting hooked on drugs and that might of caused his health to get worse. I was saddened when my mother gave the news to my brother and he passed it along to me. Please pray for his family. My heart seriously goes out to his mother and his only sister. His sister is my friend and when she found out I had WLS she started to pursue her own journey. She went to visit my doctor here in Houston but I'm not sure where she's at with her journey. The last thing I found out was that her insurance had denied her approval. Please pray for God to bring some comfort into their hearts in this time of loss. Hugs, Letty

You know, I JUST HATE THE DEVIL !!! He makes me so stinking mad!!! Blinding people from the truth. Robbing people of life. People dying before their time. We need to pray that God would get a hold of these insurance companies and open the eyes of the people incharge of make policies. So many peoples lives could be different. They could have a life. Hi Letty! I will be praying for this family. And see? What a blessing you are in the way you touch people's lives. His sister is going to pursue her own WLS and I will pray that if it is God's will she will find a way to have the surgery financially. I am sure her brother's death is very hard but I know God can use it in her life. Lord please comfort this mother and sister and give them your peace to make it through this difficult time.
