Has anyone tried...???
Hello! Well, this is going to show my ongoing desire to do my research, and search God's will for me. Has anyone out there tried using Zetacaps for wt. loss? and if so, what results did you have? I have heard some good things, bu wonder if the losses have been sustained, etc. Because believe me, if I have the RNY, I will be a poster child for getting in my vits, and pro., etc., God willing, But if God intervenes in the meantime, I always look for options. Am I making any sense? Maybe I am starting in on a nervous venture with the surg. date approaching! Kelp me out here if you can. Love you all!! in His name, Kathy in Id.
Hi Kathy!
I have tried them and didn't have much success - but I never had success with anything that had to do with weight loss. Yes, I could lose it but not keep it off - I always needed more of a fighting chance. Sure 30, 40, 50, and even 60 pounds but it was just too long and I couldn't hold out. I had some of the same thoughts you are having - wondering if there was a chance I could do something without having this surgery. Well, I know it can be done because you hear of reports about it all the time. I had to examine my heart and I determined that I was a candidate for this surgery besides everything for me went so quickly that the good Lord didn't give me time to think about it! This surgery has given me a fighting chance and is truly a miracle in my life! Love ya!
God Bless,

Lynda, Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!!!!!!! I am sitting here with tears rolling down my face. I can only think God is speaking to me, as just the way you replied, it just welled up as confirmation for me!! You will always have a special place in my heart, I know! (Besides, you liked my picture, and I love your's with the hat!!) I love hats, and intend to wear them more when I "come-out" as the fit and thinner, healthier person I am meant to be!! My lovely sweet husband today talked with me again about my questions about post-op life. I really needed that. You know, sometimes I envy those women and men that just said "DO IT"!!!, and didn't want to know all the details. I think sometimes that being in the health-care profession really messes with us!! My husband did say he is really nervous about the surgery itself, as is normal. After being married so long, we are so aware of how devastating the loss of a spouse is. I am so glad he took time off, so he can stay with me that first week at the hosp., and first days at home. Well, again, Lynda, you have been used of my Lord to bless and help. I thank-you for being here!! Love and Hugs!!!! Kathy B in Id.
