How to confugure??

How do I configure a web site/profile Like I read on others when I click on profile? I know I am displaying my computer ignorance...it took me this long to figure out what to call it, and that those profiles are on your own web site!! Now I need to know how to go about doing my own. Anyone out there that is good at speaking in apples and oranges to us computer illiterates??? I sure would be obliged!! Love, Kathy B

Kathy, On the yellow tool bar, far left click "my profile" If prompted to put in your password, enter it You will now be in your "Personal Account Center" Scroll down to "General Info", click it Start filling in the blanks In the "comments" box is where you can write your journey. It never erases so you have to either scroll to the bottom (if you want it to be oldest to newest) or type above the previous entry (if you want newest to oldest) When you are done, click "update my file" It will refresh the screen and say "Thank you. Your profile has been updated." towards the top in a biege box Reclick "my profile" in the yellow toolbar Enter password if needed this time click "view my profile" (right under your picture) Now you can check and make sure that everything you typed came up Have fun!!! Hi Kathy, Click on my profile at the top of the page (right under the word members). that will take you to your profile. You will have to put in your user name and password. That will let you into your profile. Scroll down to- update my profile, click on it. That will take you to a box where you type in what ever is on your mind. Scroll down to the bottom of that box, check the box to send yourself a copy of your profile. You don't have to do this, but I recommend it, because sometimes the system mess'es up and can lose all or part of your profile. Then click on update my profile. Make sure you click on update my profile, if you don't everything you just typed in will be lost. I learned this the hard way. I'm still learning about computers too. You will get it. Hi Kathy. I just read what others have written, and they are right on. I have one other suggestion. You can have someone spruce up your profile page for free. Just email the following: [email protected] and they will help you get your profile page looking just the way you want it. It takes them a couple of weeks to do it. Good luck, Kathy.
