Prayer Request

Hi my name is Kathy and I am new to this message board. I just never knew there was such a thing. How wonderful!!!!!!!! I have been reading some of the recent posts and you all are such a blessing from God to each other. I am a Christian and I love The Lord!!!!! I am nothing without HIM. As I read some other posts I felt led to post a prayer request, so here it is. I am still waiting for surgery approval. I have been denied once and have just finished writing an appeal letter. I would love for you all to pray for me and pray about my appeal for God's will to be done. I would love the surgery, but only if it's in His plans for me. Hi Kathy! WECOME! You are in good company on this board - the people here are very encouraging and they are prayer warriors! I am so glad you have joined us - I pray we are a blessing to you! I will be praying about your surgery approval. I had the surgery 2 1/2 months ago and it has truly been a miracle for me - I am doing things that I never thought would be possible. Hi Kathy, This is the scripture I prayed when my surgery request was made to my HMO. Proverbs 21:1 The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, Like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes. Father, we ask for you perfect will for Kathy and for her to be at peace with that, to accept your timing in all things. If this is your will for Kathy to have this surgery that we ask for you to turn the hearts of those who are in the position of approving this request. We ask that their hearts be moved with compassion and understanding, that they will quickly approve this surgery according to your perfect will. Amen Be encouraged! The Lord has a plan for you that is hidden in His heart and a path for you that is paved with His grace. Love to you, J.Marie
