Hello all~ Well, 2006 is quickly approaching and with it will come new resolutions. As Christians we shouldn't wait until the beginning of a new year to decide to make a change. We should be careful to hear the Holy Spirit convict us and change our ways immediately. QOD: 1. Do you have any regrets in 2005? 2. What is your eye color? 3. Look over the list below of the names of God. Think about your day yesterday. How did God present Himself to you yesterday? Adonai-Jehovah -- The Lord our Sovereign El-Elyon -- The Lord Most High El-Olam -- The Everlasting God El-Shaddai -- The God Who is Sufficient for the Needs of His People Jehovah-Elohim -- The Eternal Creator Jehovah-Jireh -- The Lord our Provider Jehovah-Nissi -- The Lord our Banner Jehovah-Ropheka -- The Lord our Healer Jehovah-Shalom -- The Lord our Peace Jehovah-Tsidkenu -- The Lord our Righteousness Jehovah-Mekaddishkem -- The Lord our Sanctifier Jehovah-Sabaoth -- The Lord of Hosts Jehovah-Shammah -- The Lord is Present Jehovah-Rohi -- The Lord our Shepherd Jehovah-Hoseenu -- The Lord our Maker Jehovah-Eloheenu -- The Lord our God ~*~*~*~*~*~*~my answers~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ 1. no 2. hazel 3. Good Morning Dawn and Everyone! Yes, it is still morning here in the west. Late start today! Dawn, right on about letting the Holy Spirit convict us and making changes now. I never did like the New Year's resolution thing - it is almost like a setup for failure. But with God all things are possible! Answers: 1. No - God's timing was perfect in everything, in both the disappointments and joys. 2. Hazel - my husband's eyes are hazel too but all our children were born with deep dark brown eyes that are almost black! 3. Adonai - Jehovah: The Lord our Sovereign : Each day I realize that everything is in His Hands and several years ago came a special time in my life when the sovereignty of God became real to me with the understanding of how Everything is His design and I cannot push the hand of God nor can I stay the hand of God. There is a lot of comfort in that and yesterday I was thinking about how secure I am in the Almighty hands of God. Thank you Dawn what a cool question! Dawn, I hope you are feeling better today and resting when you can. The big day will be here before you know it! Dear Lord, please protect and provide for my dear sister Dawn and prepare her heart and physical body for her January 16th surgery. Amen I love all of you! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8

Checking in for roll call! I don't think there are any regrets for 2005. I certainly was not perfect and no doubt could have served the Lord in ways I left undone but otherwise it was a great year and I am so thankful to have had my surgery! my eye color is dark brown. Love all the names of our God! I want to claim them all but if I have to pick out a dominant one for the past year it would be "the Lord our Righteousness". I'm glad I'm relying on His and not mine!
