I posted this on the Mi. board, but thought I would ask for your imput also. I'm not sure if I'm being silly, or if I should call my p.c.p., or my surgeon, or no one at all. For the last 3 or 4 days whenever I eat or drink anything I feel sick to my stomach. I feel super stuffed, bloated, and nauseous. There is no pain, but I feel like I need to throw up. I decided this morning to go back to liquids, but I have only been able to get 16 oz's. in since 9:30 this morning and it's almost 2:00. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you. God bless you all, Annette

Hi Annette, I would call your surgeon. You made a good choice stepping back a bit with the liquids, but you still need to call...esp since you are only able to get a little in and being so early post op it is very easy to get dehydrated. Please take care of yourself and let us know how you are doing! Stephanie

Hi Annette. I agree with Stephanie. If in doubt, call your surgeon. God bless. Peg

Hi Annette, The same thing happened to me at about the same point you are postop. Definately call your surgeon's office! They told me to go back to a liquid diet for a few days and drink warm herbal tea. They said that it was normal around 6 weeks out to possibly start having problems with the scar tissue. But after 3 days on liquid diet then to soft for a couple of days, I was fine again. I will be praying for you. Keep us posted. Love ya! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8
