Prayers Please....(for my family & me)
Hey everyone,
I have a personal prayer for my family and me. We are have major financial issues at the moment. It didn't happen because of overspending at Christmas it just happened...DH isn't sure what came through the bank yet, he is going to pull the bank records on-line today and see what we missed.
Everytime I went shopping I would as for my limit for that week and I would stay well under that limit. (ex. last weekend he said my limit was $130.00, I only spent $60.00) Therefore, I thought we were doing good this year. We NEVER put Christmas on credit cards...if we don't have the money for the gifts we don't buy them. Unknown to us we didn't have the money but we bought the gifts. We are now overdrawn to the tune of over $300. The fees alone will KILL us!!!
I need you prayers for strenght to get me through this tough time. Knowledge to figure out the problem and fix it. And the wisdom to not let something like this happen again.
Please pray for us...we have got to figure out this problem and find some money to make it through the next two weeks until the next payday. DH is so worried about this situation...he has almost made himself sick over it.
In Him,
Kelly
Kelly, my husband is a financial "worrier", too. Sometimes the bank is late in posting and this causes problems in the "float". I pray that all will be resolved....have you called the bank and explained the situation? I pray right now that you find a compassionate and caring bank employee that will guide you through the resolution of this situation.
Don't let satan and his antics destroy your Christmas celebration.

All I can say, and I say this because I am going through it, is to give it to God. Any foolish spending, confess it to Him. The one thing that I feel God telling me is to continue tithing my first fruits to Him. Everything I have is His anyway. I ought to give back to Him what is rightfully His. Then check this out, His word says in Mal 3:10 "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the Lord of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it."
We just have to be faithful to His commandments and He will be faithful to His promises.
Love,
Dawn
