Good morning everyone! I am up early this morning so I thought I would start roll call. I am feeling really great these days. Praise God! My weight loss is going great, I have tons of energy and I just feel like I have more room to move around. Plus, I just love Christmas!!! I love everything about it...the music, the lights, the shopping...and most of all...Remembering the precious gift that God has given us! Praise the Lord! God is good! I will be lifting you all up to the Lord today. I hope everyone has a day filled with the Joy of the Lord! Ok...this is the hard part. Questions of the day. think think think 1. What hobbies do you do? 2. What is your new favorite food? 3. How tall are you? 4. What is your favorite patriotic song? Whew...that was tough. Ok here are my answers. 1. none... who has time for hobbies??? (Peg...she's retired ) 2. a fajita! The meat is seasoned so good, very little carbs if you're easy on the tortilla, and I can eat all the yummy stuff on it...cheese, sour cream, avacado. YUM! A small one is the perfect meal! 3. 5'5 4. God Bless America. My 4 yo also loves this song and sings it all the time. It is so sweet. Have a great day everyone. I'm off to the races! Love, Jacinda

Good Morning Jacinda! I am up early too - even out here in the west! I am starting my early shift at Curves - love it! God is so good! I have exercised at Curves for 6 years and now I am a fitness trainer there and can workout for free plus get paid to do it. It is like God doesn't want me to let down on the exercising - besides I need to be in good shape to keep skiing - even though I skiied when I weighed almost 300 pounds! I love Christmas time too! God gave us such a wonderful gift in Jesus and it is so wonderful to celebrate! Answers: 1. Beading, rock hounding, floral arranging, scrapbooking (my most time consuming), interior decorating, crocheting, and picture taking. 2. Right now - Salmon 3. 5'6' 4. God Bless America! Love all of you! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8

Hi Jacinda, I have a question for you...when are you going to put a picture of yourself on your profile??? This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!!!! I just thank God for seeing fit to give me another day here on praying ground. He didn't have to do it, but He did. And I thank Him today for it!! QOD: 1. I make candles, I paint wooden signs, decorating (anything country...I have been told I missed my calling...I should have been a designer), scrapbooking. 2. I don't have a "new" one yet, but if I had to guess in advance I would probably say SF Jello 3. I am a beast!!! 5'11" (barefoot) 4. "Proud to be an American" I guess that's what it's called. (...cause at least I know I'm free. And I won't forget the men who died and gave that right to me. And I gladly stand up...next to you and defend her still today. Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land....God bless the USA) Love, Dawn

Good morning, everyone! I'm not up early but at least I am posting in the morning. Congratulations Jacinda on the weight loss. I feel the same way with my weight loss. Counted cross-stitch, crocheting, plastic canvas, reading, playing my organ 2. Before surgery, fajitas. Since surgery, 1/2 bowl of Cheerios. 3. 5'4 4. The Star-Spangled Banner. Good morning....."God" morning! It's still morning here on the west coast, and it is a beautiful day. I too praise the Lord that He has given me another day to worship Him. I get my hair cut today! I'm always excited when I get to do that. Little things mean so much! Jac, I loved your comment about not having time for hobbies, but mentioning that I do 'cause I'm retired. I LOVE being retired! At 56, I hope to have many good years of retirement. I'm still working on getting my shoulders feeling better so that I can get into my regular bed. My therapist is wonderful, and we are making progress...less pain and more movement, Yay! Now, on to the QOD: 1. What hobbies do you do? I like to make greeting cards on the computer and compose poems. I write music for church. I've only written 3 so far, but the Lord willing, I hope to write and sing more songs. When my shoulders get to feeling better, I'm looking forward to knitting, quilting, playing tennis, swimming, going back to Curves. I love Curves and had to quit. I like to fish with my DH. Travel: Can't wait to do more of that. Picture taking. Playing with my grandsons. Reading. Singing. Want to get better at playing the piano. Want to learn to play the guitar. JAC, JUST SEE WHAT YOU STARTED WITH THIS QUESTION? I COULD GO ON AND ON AND ON ......! Oh, the life of a retiree!! 2. What is your new favorite food? Steak! I've had it twice since my surgery in August. 3. How tall are you? 5'6" 4. What is your favorite patriotic song? God Bless America...especially Kate Smith's version. You all have a glorious day. I'm praying for you. Love in Him, Peg
