Prayers please

Hi Everyone, If you are reading this please take a moment to pray for my son he's 17 yrs. old. He has been having problems with anger lately. I think it's coming from his inability to deal with his fathers death. He wasn't like this before then. We have to be in court today at 1:30 because he went into a rage about a month ago. I couldn't settle him down and ended up having to call the police. They ended up arresting him. He really is a good kid. He just dosn't know how to deal with all of this. What I am prayerfully trying to accomplish is for him to get some help to deal with his emotions and anger. Thank you for your prayers. God bless you all, Annette

Sweet Annette. I am praying for your situation. I can imagine that your son is going crazy trying to deal with all his emotions. Just continue to show him love, that's all you can do. As long as he understands that there are people here that love him and care about him, he will hopefully calm down. Love, Dawn

Hi Annette, I will certainly be lifting you and your son and the situation up to the Lord. He is at one of those hard ages. I have two children that are now 24 and 20 and it seemed that right at 17 was really a hard time emotionally even when things were going well (I also have a 14 year old daughter that just came out of the other difficult stage - age 13!). So I can't imagine what a 17 year old would be going through when having to deal with something as serious as the death of his father. I will be praying that the Lord will lead you to the proper help. What a stressful situation - Lord, I lift my dear sister Annette up to you and ask that you put a hedge of protection around her, her son, and his court appearance today. Help Annette's son understand how much she loves him and wants him to be whole emotionally. Give Annette the understanding and wisdom she needs to deal with this situation.
