Good Afternoon Everyone, It's 2:09 and I don't see a roll call so I thought I would post it. As we all know Becky is doing good. She felt the Holy Spirit surounding her, That is such an awesome feeling! I went to my P.C.P. today because one of my incisions opened up. It's a little bit red and has a bloody~ pus like discharge. My P.C.P. said he was going to try to get me a refferal back to my surgeon but it was up to the hospital Administrator if he could do that or not (My surgeon works out of a different hospital system). If not then I would have to see one of their surgeons. I want to see my surgeon I really trust him. Please pray that I get the refferal to go back to Dr. Carlin. My P.C.P. also told me that he "highly recommened" that I find a P.C.P. that works out of the Henry Ford Health System. "because, although great strides have been made with it (W.L.S.) there are some Dr's. that don't agree with it, and none of the surgeons in our network does gastric bypass surgery". Q.O.T.D. #1. Should church's close on December 25th, Christmas day , because it's a holiday? Why / Why not? #2. Do you have a fire place? #3.Do you hang up Christmas stockings? #4. Do you want a little white kitten? I have 4 left God bless you all, Annette

trying to be subtle with number 4? That's hilarious!!! Where are your answers Annette? Your being a goofball today ~*~*~my answers~*~*~* 1. I think church should definantly be open. Hebrews 10:25 "not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together..." What better time to assemble then the day of Jesus' birth? 2. no 3. I have them hanging thoughout the house, but I don't have certain ones designated to certain people. They are more a decoration. 4. sorry, gotta pass on that one. Don't think my Lab would be willing to share the house with a cat. Love, Dawn

Q.O.T.D. #1. Should church's close on December 25th, Christmas day , because it's a holiday? Why / Why not? No absolutely not! This is the day we celebrate our Savior's birth~ I don't think the church's should close at all when services are scheduled. They certainly shouldn't be closed on one of the most sacred day's of the year (the other being easter). I think this is just another way to take CHRIST out of CHRISTMAS! #2. Do you have a fire place? Yes, It's made of rough cut rock's. I like it. #3.Do you hang up Christmas stockings? Yes, and fill them with fruit and nut's #4. Do you want a little white kitten? I have 4 left No I'm giving them away. Besides I have 3 cat's. The vet offered to do an abortion on her when we went to get her spayed, but we oppose abortion ~even in animal's. God bless you all, Annette

1. I think they should open. However many people may not attend, since the Christmas Eve service would be late Saturday night. As a family we will go to the Christmas Eve service, all 12 of us. Actually I hated to see that churches locking their doors at night. But that's another subject. 2. yes, three 3. yes, we hang stockings and fill them up every year, even for those that live away from home, and the pets. 4. I would love to have a little white kitty, but our 12 weeks old schnauzer would probably get jealous. Sublte way of sneaking that one in there, good try girl. God bless you all as well, Sally C

Hi Annette and Everyone! I am signing in late again today! It has been an interesting day - so much going on! I need your prayers for my baby, my 14 year old daughter, Calli. I took her to the doctor today because, her hands, even when she is warm, are turning white and going numb. The doctor is going to do several tests on her and they took 20 vials of blood today. Anyway, he is sending her to a specialist next week. Thank you in advance for your prayers. I homeschool her and we are very close and I am feeling a little sad right now. She is precious. Answers: 1. No. "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy." The birth of our Lord and Savior is reason for great celebration, but the Sabbath is our weekly celebration of His resurrection. He came to give us life and worship is primary. And we are not to forsake the fellowship. 2. No. We have a brand new home and didn't have one put in but we have always had them. When we finish the downstairs family room we will probably put one in because I really like them. 3. Yes. I love to fill the stockings with little tokens of love for all my family. 4. I love cats! We have two beautiful creatures - Reggie and Hallie. And they are enough from God's ******** creation right now for this household! But thanks for the offer! Love ya all! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8

Hi everybody. I'm really late in my roll call today, but I have a good excuse! My niece gave birth to her 4th child at 5:30 this morning, and I got to be present at her birth. My sister....her mom was there along with my sister's youngest daughter who is also expecting. We prayed during the labor, and we rejoiced in the birth. God is so faithful! I came home and got about 1 1/2 hours of sleep before my sister and I went baby shopping. No one knew the sex of the baby beforehand, so we just HAD to go find something pink! We headed back to the hospital later this morning, and I get to go back tomorrow afternoon to be there while the daddy goes to work and gets things figured out there so that he can be gone for a few days. Here are my answers to the QOD: #1. Should church's close on December 25th, Christmas day , because it's a holiday? Why / Why not? No. Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy. #2. Do you have a fire place? Yes. One. #3.Do you hang up Christmas stockings? Yes, but it's just down to two of them since the kids are grown and celebrate their Christmas traditions at their house too. #4. Do you want a little white kitten? I have 4 left God bless you for not aborting them! We have a very old little kitty...20 1/2 years old. We might consider adopting another cat when Cookie is no longer here, but that may be awhile yet because she is doing pretty well for such an old cat! God bless you all! Peg
