Insurance question

I called First Health Wednesday to check the status of my request for WLS. They said, "Your surgeon should be hearing from clinical very soon." Does that sound like good news? I mean, would they have said that for yes or no? Or do you think they would have said, "You'll be getting a letter soon?" Help!! I'm feeling anxious now!

Well, they denied my appeal. So . . . we'll see how it goes from here!
