Hi Everybody! Have any of you heard of Jello Water? When I was young, my mom used to make it for us when we were sick. So, I thought I'd try it for a change and to add to getting more fluids in. I used Great Value sugar free "Jello" and stirred the box into a 24 oz mug of microwaved HO****er. It's delicious and so many different flavors to choose from. Plus it only has 20 calories, but has 4 grams of Protein. I had been drinking a 24 oz mug of decaf tea every evening and here I have noticed that my teeth have turned yellow!!!! Now I'm gonna have to bleach them!!! So, I had to find something else hot to drink besides tea for awhile. I thought I'd share this, so that if anybody is bored with what they are drinking it might be something you might want to try. Just thought it was an ! Have a great day & God bless! Love, Cindy

I'll try it! Got tired of jelled jello but as a warm drink it sounds good.

Hi Ginakay, Yeah, Jello now reminds me of in the hospital and shortly after getting home, so I think it will be a while until I want to eat anymore of it. God bless! Love, Cindy

Yeah, Lynda, I was tickled too when I noticed that it has protein! My tea didn't so this has an added bonus! God bless! Love, Cindy

Hey Cindy! Tastes will change a lot over the next few weeks/months. When you can try something cold, keep this in mind. When I get "bored" with my water or tea, I drink Crystal Lite Lemonade. They have lots of flavors, but I am an old fashioned suthun gurl and I like the plain yellow lemonade the bestest. If you have not tried it, give it a shot if you get bored. No protein, but in the beginning.....you are trying to keep from getting dehydrated and then a little variety is good every now and then too. I might have to try the jello thing tonight myself. I am several months out and still learning. It does take a while to get things going. I find I am so thirsty all the time. I would rather drink than eat. So....tonight jello water might be dessert...lol Blessings... Stephanie

Oh Cindy, I thought I was the only one with a mom who used Jello water! She gave it to me everytime I was sick as a child. She has also given it to my kids! I have not tried it yet. I think in my mind I thought it wouldn't work with SF jello and just never gave it a second thought. I will have to try it now. I have also been drinking herbal tea but in the morning. For some reason, hot tea just goes down so easy. I have a different problem with my teeth. The over the counter vitamins kept making me dump so they had to prescribe me some chewable prenatal vitamins to take twice a day. They are purple!!!! And so are my teeth!!! I have been using whitening tooth paste daily and crest white strips about once a week so now they are just violet... . Oh the crazy things we are going through. Did you ever think we'd be having these kind of issues? Have a great day! Love, Jacinda

Hey, I know I haven't posted in a while, sorry- busy w/ 3 kids! After my surgery it was hard to drink water or anything except warm drinks and I started to drink coffee and now it is like I am addicted to it. My teeth also started to yellow, the Crest whitestips are wonderful. People kept asking if I got a new haircut, new glasses or new makeup, but it was my teeth! I think it is time to do them again. Thanks for the warm jello idea. I am able to drink cold water or tea now, so all is good. Have a blessed day, Georgina
