update on my drama

Hi all~ I just wanted to update you guys on the drama that is my life. I have really "let go and let God" since I posted about my financial hardships. I sent an email to an old employer of mine and he said that he will welcome me back with open arms. He owns a mortgage company and he trained/licensed me to be broker for NJ, PA, DE, & SC. I really liked the work but it was commission only. Not bad, you get 4.25% of every loan (ie: $100,000 loan=$4,250.00 to me) The only reason I left was because I needed income stability. Well...evidently the laws have changed in the past year and I have to be paid minimum wage for desk time as a pay advance that will be deducted from the commission. So no matter what I will get a check every two weeks. But why am I shouting about minimum wage? Because he also let's me bring my daughter to work which will save me an additional $150 a week and collect partial unemployment for the next year so I will still make the same money I am making now. WooHoo!! PTL!!! SO....Anybody wanna buy a house or refinance? Love, Dawn
