******Tuesday's Roll Call******
It looks like I am the first to start role call! I stopped in to OH early because I have my appointment today.
We had a good old fashioned blizzard here over the past two days and I have about 6 inches of snow in my drive. But, it's BEAUTIFUL out here in the country!!
I have a funeral first for my friend's Dad. It's going to be an emotional day!! It also is a wonderful time of reflection. It makes you realize the gift of life God has given you and the time he has granted to. So, get out there and PREACH if you want your friends and family to join you in heaven!
It also makes you realize that you need to gives hugs where you may be neglecting to. For me that is here on the CB of OH. I feel so blessed to have this board and to have friends like you. I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks. And, to tell you all that I pray for you SO OFTEN. You are like a part of my family now! I sure do love you.
Question of the Day~
How many siblings do you have?
I have 3 - 1 older brother, 1 younger brother and 1 younger sister
Blessings~
Becky
Hi Becky. Thank you for starting the roll call. Hi to all of my Christian Brothers and Sisters! I know that I have been missing in action the past few days. Just been in a bit of a funk, but I'm doing okay. I'm working through my shoulder pain with physical therapy, and it's a slow process. I think I got the "feeling sorry for myself blues" for a couple of days. I decided that I want to sing a different song, so I'm going to start right now. Nothing like singing praises to the Lord to get things started, so I'm going to crank up my Bose and get going!
I pray for all of you on the CB. You are so wonderful, and you have no idea how often you say just what I need to hear at just the right time. I know that God is using all of you for His glory. God bless all of you, and I pray that you have a good day.
Becky, I know your appointment will go well, and I can't wait to hear when your surgery date will be!
Love,
Peg
Hi everyone
Just checking in real quick. I love all of you too. The Dear Lord has truly blessed us with this board, and this new Christian famliy. I have you all on my prayer list, and pray for each of us to grow stronger in the Lord, to serve Him in the way that He wants us to serve Him, and that we would use this second chance at life that He has given to us~ to glorify His Holy Name. I also pray for the request's that each of us have. God is awesome~ life is good. Hope you're all well today.
God bless you all,
Annette

Good Morning Becky and Everyone!
I feel the same way you do Becky! There are days when coming on the CB board helps me so much - brothers and sisters who understand where I am at and the struggles I go through and can rejoice with me in the little things. God is so good and I feel blessed that you all are my friends - I talk about you all to my DH and he says he feels like he knows everyone too. We pray every night for all of you and thank God for you.
So a big THANKS to all of you and I love ya bunches!
I have 1 younger brother.
God Bless,
Lynda

Hi Becky!
The snow sounds lovely. It has been in the low 70's here for the past few days...but it is supposed to rain and drop into the low 50's tomorrow. We are going to visit Washington, DC a few days before Christmas. I hope it snows while we are there. The part of Virginia where we live rarely sees a "real snow".
I spent day two at the dentist today. At the moment, I feel/look like an alien...lol. This dentist had to fix a filling the last dentist messed up. But, at least this time, I did not feel as much pain. He used really advanced equipment and numbed me up really well. Um....really well...lol. I have to get my kids in an hour and I hope I don't scare them when I try to talk!
QOD - I have an older brother, and a younger brother. I always wanted a sister, but never had one. Then, as I watch my two daughters sometimes, I kind of wonder....sometimes they play well...other times it is like WWIII with all those hormones raging. Whew!
Hope everyone is having a great day...and is fulfilling their calling. Remember that ministry starts at HOME!
Blessings~

oop's I forgot to answer the question of the day too.
I have 6 brothers and 6 sisters all are older than me. Two are deceased. One (brother) had a bruise on his leg that wouldn't go away. A co-worker
saw it one day and told him to go to the dr.right away~he did. The dr. told him it was cancer he died 7 day's later. The other one (sister) commited suicide. another one(brother) wa**** by a drunk driver 27 years ago while riding his bike home from work. He has been in a nursing home ever since. I know a little more info. than you asked for.
God bless you,
Annette
Hi Becky!!
Since I live on the East Coast I think that I am the first one on here everyday. I get to work at 8am (est). Most of you are in bed still. Today I told myself I wouldn't come on here until after I came back from my break; so there would be some activity.
I think snow is beautiful to look at and that is about it. I've outgrown playing in it and I hate driving in it.
Be sure to let us know how you appointment goes today!!! We're all thinking about you.
I agree with everyone else that this group is like a family. We have connections on such deep levels. I just can't help but think how good God is to have brought us all together even though we all live so far apart.
Answer to you question: I'm an only child. There were times that I was bored and lonely; but Christmas was great!!! Everything was for me!!! (yeah, go ahead and say it...spoiled brat...I was, and SO WHAT!!)
