Hi Cindy and Everyone! What a beautiful day! It snowed several inches in the mountains yesterday and we have an inch or two in the valley. I stand on my back porch and look at the beautiful snow covered mountains and thank God for His beautiful creation. It has been a busy week but this day has been restful. Hello everyone, I'm kinda late today~it's 11:10pm, but I made it. I started eating small amounts of real food. Yesterday I ate 1/2 oz of S.F./F.F. protein pudding. Early this afternoon I was able to eat 3/4 oz. of the same pudding. Then tonight I was able to eat 3/4 oz. of F.F. refried beans w/FF cheddar cheese, and FFsour cream. I mixed the whole can of beans, 4 slices of cheese untill it was melted then put in in the blender until it was smooth. I added 4T. of the sour cream, mixed it all up figured out the nutritional values, then measured out an ounce. I ate it slowly then my heart started pounding so I thought I should stop. It's strange every time I've had enough my heart starts pounding like that. I wonder if that happens to anyone else? QUESTION: Spiritual~ I'm in need spiritualy, although it's getting better. As I mull this over in my mind, What I need the most is wisdom. If I had that the rest would be covered. Emotional: To be able to not get so angry when I'm frustrated. Material: A treadmill.
