Letty, Funny how your verses always get me thinking a little deeper. Immediatly when I read that I thought, "Jahovah Shalom" (the Lord is Peace). Have any of you studied the names of God? It is so amazing. One bible study we were challenged to see what "names" of God were with us that day. It is one more thing that reveals to us how personal He is with us. Below are some examples. Read them and see which name of God was with you today. (for me, I would have to say Jahovah Shalom; I have been dealing with soo many things recently but through it all Jesus has given me such peace and comfort) Adonai -- The Lord our Sovereign (Master, Lord) El-Ohim -- Creator, Preserver, Transcendent, Mighty and Strong El-Elyon -- The Lord Most High El-Olam -- The Everlasting God El-Roi -- The God who sees El-Shaddai -- The God Who is Sufficient for the Needs of His People (Almighty God) Jehovah-Elohim -- The Eternal Creator Jehovah-Jireh -- The Lord our Provider Jehovah-Nissi -- The Lord our Banner Jehovah-Rophe -- The Lord our Healer Jehovah-Shalom -- The Lord our Peace Jehovah-Tsidkenu -- The Lord our Righteousness Jehovah-Mekaddishkem -- The Lord our Sanctifier Jehovah-Sabaoth -- The Lord of Hosts Jehovah-Shammah -- The Lord is Present Jehovah-Rohi -- The Lord our Shepherd Jehovah-Hoseenu -- The Lord our Maker Jehovah-Eloheenu -- The Lord our God God Bless, Dawn
