The best blessing ever in the whole wide world........

Was given to me yesterday after I walked out of morning worship services. I have known Billy since I was 2 1/2 years old. His mom Is my half sister/Half cousin~long story. We were all raised in the same Extremely dysfunctional family. By our parents sins they brought many curses upon our family. There was a time when I was very much into getting high. The last time I saw Billy he was strung out on heroin. Oh Wait I did see him very briefly 3 years ago at his Grandma's funeral (she was also my aunt~my mom's identical twin sister). We didn't get a chance to talk~at all. Well I walk out of services yesterday and I see this guy. He looks at me. I look at him. We just stared at each other for a few seconds in awe, before we embraced~ And we didn't let go not for a few minutes! Here we are, both serving the Lord, Going to the same church, His daughter & my grandson are in the same class at Sunday School. Another of his daughters and my son are in the same youth group. He and his family have been going here for 8 years, I've been going here for 3 years and we never ran into each other. We've exchanged Phone #'s and are going to set up a time to get together. PRAISE THE LORD! I can not wait to hear how he came to the Lord. This is such a blessing it is still bringing tears of joy to my heart. I'm in shock, I'm in awe, I'm so blessed. Thank you sweet Jesus!!! OH thank you ,thank you, thank you Heavenly Father. You Father ~You are so awesome. Thank you Father for your forgivness, mercy and grace. Thank you Father. Thank you Lord. Wow what a powerful testimony! God will do this things. Its his promise. I am so happy that he is saved.How big is your church? How is itthat you guys didn't see each other?So he has been saved before you(8yrs)? Thats is awesome Annette. Man I think we can write dozens of novels with all that God has done in our lives huh? God is so powerfull and awesome. Our church has two services on Sundays about 1500 attend each service, And were growing. We have to build again. The building is being used everyday~ and on more than one occasion there was not enough room's for every class. I was in a class that had our study outside a couple of times~it was nice though. Billy has been saved for 10 years. I was saved 9 years ago. It's been a very long time since we've seen each other. I could write a best selling novel series and Tv. mini series with what The lord has done in my life (as many of us could),but I don't have that gift~ yet~ LOL. Right now I'm just so happy, and so, so blessed! I am rejoicing and praising The Lord. God bless you Rosie, Annette

Thank you Cindy. I can hardly wait to get together with him. This promises(sp?) to be incredible ~ however it happened. Even though It's been ten year for Billy and 9 years for me ~It's brand new to each of us because we didn't know Each other had come to know and serve the Lord. It's truly amazing what The Lord brings our way. I'm so happy over this blessed event in our lives. I will let you all know how it goes. I'm hopeing to be able to get together with Him before my surgery next week. God bless you, Annette
