Hi! I'm new!

Hi! I had RNY 3 weeks ago and I am doing great. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I know this sounds silly but I have prayed in the past before this surgery that I would wake up skinny and healthy - well, I think God opened the door to the closest thing and I'm pleased. I am discovering what foods I can eat and what I can't - seems my little pouch is fickle because something that works one day doesn't the next. This is an incredible journey and I am prayerfully moving forward. I am excited to be apart of this forum. God Bless!

Well, this is happening so fast, it almost seems like it!!!! I've got a long way to go, but for everything that has happened in three weeks...it's awesome!!!!! I read your profile and it sounds like it was a little rough at first but things are going better now. I had surgery just 4 days before you did! So we are going through things together. Things are happening fast and I am thanking the Lord. I really want to take advantage of this stage when the weight comes off fast. You will be in my prayers! God Bless, Lynda
