Prayer for Joyce

As some of you may know I have a twin sister Joyce in Texas. Our older sister called me this evening to tell me that Joyce is in the hospital and the Dr's think she was having a heart attack. She has to take a stress test tomorrow so please pray that the test is ok and she doesn't have to have any kind of heart surgery. This is why she wanted to have this surgery, because of our family history of heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.

I am lifting Joyce up in prayer right now that the Lord will be with her before, during, and after the stress test. Do let us know how she is doing. I am also lifting up you and the rest of your family. In Him, Peg

Update - our sister just called and Joyce failed the physical stress test and also the chemical one. She is having a CAT scan to see if there is a blood clot in her lungs. I live so far away and I wish I could be with her, but our parents, stepmom, older sister and baby brother are with her. I don't know what else to say except keep praying for her. She has 3 grown children and one beautiful grandson. Her husband is totally devoted to her and we all love her dearly. thank you so much for all you have done thus far. Nothing like having angels on earth. Be blessed.

Lois, thanks for the update on Joyce. It must be so hard that you can't physically be there with her. I will continue to lift you all up in prayer. Lois~ You are a wonderful sister. I can tell! Bless you for loving Joyce the way that you do. I have a sister and I know how important she is to me. Just thinking of her being at risk gives me SO MUCH empathy for you. I am praying that Joyce will heal quickly and that God will have mercy on her body.
