prayers please

For those of you who don't know, I am back in the hospital for the seccond time since my surgery. I have lots of diareah and vomiting when I eat. They keep telling me that they think I have an infection, but nothing comes up in the many stool samples they have done. I have been on bowel rest since Sat...meaning nothing by mouth. I am getting all hydration and vitamins through my IV. I had a colonoscopy yesterday and they found nothing. This morning I will have another upper GI. I confess to you and to God that I am very scared. I am afraid that they will not figure out what is wrong before my health really starts to deteriorate. Please pray for my doctors to have wisdom and give them insight about what is wrong. Also please pray for me that I will be able to complete the upper GI.

I know that ended abruptly because they came to take me for the test. It was actually an upper and lower GI. Praise God!!! I was easily able to complete the test. I drank and held down everything they asked me to. They watched it go through all the way down until it got to my colon. They said it moved through my stomach very quickly. I am assuming that is a good thing. He said that everything looked pretty good but that he would review it all and make a final report. They said to try to drink plenty of fluids today to wash out all the barium. So that is what I am going to concentrate on for the rest of the day. I know God has a purpose for everything I have been going through. Maybe several purposes. My mother has been here with me day and night. This has been so hard on her seeing me so sick for so long. Please keep her and the rest of my family in your prayers also. Maybe this is just a bad infection and I will get over it pretty soon. Thank you Lord for getting me though this far. God is good!!!
