New to this board! DOB 11/10

Hello, I am still learning all the hidden boards OH has to offer and I didn't realize there was a entire board full of my christian brothers and sisters!!!! GOd is so amazing! I will have surgery on 11/10 in Mexico, Please keep me in your prayers! It has been hard on some of my friends as they do not understand why I am having surgery and why I am having it Mexico. But, we are in different place wtih our relationship with Christ and I really feel God's hand over this whole process. BUt it is still tough when friends you thought would be by your side are not! Hi Renee, welcome. I am very happy for you and your upcoming surgery. If you don't mind me asking what will the cost be for surgery in Mexico? I think in America it averages around 30 thousand. Hugs 302/163/155

Hi Renee, Welcome to the Christianity board. Congratulations on your surgery. I'm having mine on 11-17, just a week behind you. It must be hard when you expect people to stand with you and give support and they don't. I've only told a handful of people because I just don't want to hear any negitive aspects of this. I've done my research I know everything that can go wrong (that dosn't mean it will). I've said my prayers, and asked God if it is for me to do this. It is! Renne, you will be fine. God is with you all the way. My cousin is a Dr. in Mexico and her husband is an assist.surgeon and he said that he would do plastics for me for under 5k. That includes arms breast and tummy. He says that they have one of the best tech.around. I am willing to go down there and have it all down once I lose all the weight. Another Dr.that works with them had the surgery for about 3k and she is fine. You will be fine Renne. Just as we all know we need to trust in God. If its not his will then he will close all doors.
