I MADE IT!!

It's Friday and I just got home from the hospital. My surgery went well, according to the doctors. My recovery in ICU was very difficult and I had trouble getting enough oxygen. I am home now and my mom is staying with me. Praise God, it's over. I'm not going to lie, this is painful, but so is 15 years of bingeing and shame from obesity. I am so grateful to all who have prayed for me. So many people have responded to me saying that I am brave and courageous and I never thought of myself that way but it does take courage that only faith in God can provide. I could never have done this without HIM! I really want to get an update on Cindy Snyder, anyone heard from her? God bless you all. Cynthia.

So glad to hear from you and that you are home and surgery done. Thanks to the Lord! I did not get on the board yesterday because it was my pre-op day and I was away till late.
