A prayer answered

Back before my surgery I would pray to the Lord about many things. I would pray for my family and friends. I would give thanks for all the wonderful gifts God gave me every day. And I would also ask for forgiveness for the sin of gluttony. I was abusing the body God had given me and I knew it. I also asked for strength to overcome my sins and treat his gift to me with respect. I feel that thru WLS God has given me the strength and the tools I need to fix the years of damage I did to myself. I have been forgiven and also given a second chance to be the way he wants me to be, happy and healthy. Thank you Father, Thank you Jesus.

Amen Tim! I'm so grateful that we have a loving and forgiving Father in Heaven. I for one certainly don't deserve all that God has done for me, Not to mention what His son Jesus has done. I'm grateful that we don't get what we deserve. The Lord has cleaned me up so much, and here He is still working on me. God is so good! Giving me (us) another chance to do what is right. I want to use this for His glory~I'm sure He will lead me when the time comes. Take care of yourself Tim~The Lord has a plan for you. God bless you, Annette
