***FRIDAY'S ROLL CALL***

Hello Everybody! Remember, any of us can start Roll Call each morning! I want to encourage those of you who don't post very often, that that's fine, but we'd still love to get to know you and an easy way is to just say Hi each day at Roll Call. Our little family here is growing and we want to get to know you too! You may not have a question or feel funny posting if you're new at this "stuff". Well, Roll Call gives you an avenue to just join in and get to know everyone and us get to know you! Shel, I know that everyone here on the board is thrilled for you getting your new job! Cindy, I try not to post the roll call everyday just to give someone else a chance to start it. I'm up by 6 am eastern time every morning, if not earlier. Anyway, I'm excited to start my new job and the same day I start my new job, you'll be in surgery!! I will remember to keep you in my prayers. Then the next day (if I remember correctly), the other Cynthia is having surgery. As soon as you two can, please let us know how you are doing. I'll keep you both in my prayers and the surgeons too. Hello Cindy and all~ I have been praying for you!! I had a great visit with Dr. Thaemert. I obviously qualify for surgery. Per my call to my insurance earlier, I know they will approve it too. So, unless something goes wrong, or God says no, here I go!! My psych consult and dietician consult are on Tuesday, October 25th. I guess, I need to "pass" those too for the green light. Dr. Thaemert ROCKS!!!!!!!!!! I love him. And, I felt like God was WORKING in big ways. I work two mornings per week at my son's preschool (a Baptist preschool in town.) And, I knew the name Thaemert sounded familiar. Well, guess what...his daughter goes to the same Baptist preschool!! I told him that I thought it was a God thing that he would be my surgeon. He asked what church I attended and then told me what church he attends!!! Then he squeezed my shoulder as if to say "yep...I am a Christian too!!" PRAISE GOD on high!!! How cool is that? Little does he know from this moment forward I will be praying for him! Blessings to all of you, have a great weekend. This is my date with my dh weekend before he leaves for 3 months (he is headed to Kyrzgystan.) So, I may not be checking in. But, I will be praying! Blessings~ Beck

Hi. I want to start joining in on the roll call. I have so much to be grateful for. For one thing, I survived my second surgery on my stomach two months ago. I see my surgeon on Monday, same day as your surgery, Cindy. I am hoping he will tell me that I am doing well and that my feeding tube can come out. Then I really will be on the road to good health. Hello everyone~ I know I'm really late today, Actually its tomorrow(Saturday) early morning. I'm tired but I can't sleep. I'm feeling a little better today. Thank you for prayers. Cindy and Cindy, Surgery next week praying for both to have a safe procedure, and easy recovery, also praying for the Lord to guide your surgeon's hand's. Shel~ Congratulations on getting the job. Becky Enjoy the time you have with your husband. Will be praying for him as he travels to Kyrzgystan. Peg hope all went well with your surgery and you get your tubes out. praying for a quick recovery. I been off for a little while, why did you need more surgery/ if you don't mind sharing that is.
