one year passed by sooo quickly!!!

Today is my WLS anniversary!! Yahoo!! I am considered a lightweight, (go figure), b/c I had 105 to lose. I was so unhealthy, miserable emotionally and mentally. Today I feel like a human being, looking forward to participating in life, serving God and my family. I've misplaced about 85-90 pounds. Not missing em' either. With 10-15 to go. I feel great and know where my blessings come from. And thank you all for walking with me this past year+. ILOVEYOU ALL!!!! Sally

GOD IS GOOD!!! Bless you, I am sooo happy for you! Congratulations!! One of my goals is to be able to lose weight so I can go on mission trips and not be heavy and too big for the airline seats. SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!!!!!! Deborah

Sally, Congrats! I'm so happy for you. It is a wonderful feeling and I'm sure you will get those extra 10 to 15 pounds off like you want. My three year anniversary was last month and I now look back and can't believe that I was that big. It has finally gotten to that point. Sometimes I still feel odd when I walk into a store and can shop in the normal sizes. I still sometimes feel that someone is going to walk up to me and tell me I'm in the wrong section. I did walk into a plus size store one time and someone came over and told what sizes they had. In other words she thought I was in the wrong store. At the time I could still wear a size 14W, can't anymore. I guess the mental part of it never really all goes away. Anyway, I'm rambling. I do that sometimes. Have a great Saturday!! Shel
