1 year anniversary

9/1 was my 1 year anniversary. I am so thankful to God for my new, more confident life. According to my nutritionist, I'm down 90lbs from my highest weight. Down 70 lbs from a year ago. I look different, I feel different, and I'm loving life. On 10/9, I go to a family gathering. This will be the first time they will have seen me in a couple years. Only a cousin knows I've had surgery. She advised me another cousin had surgery last year. Can't wait to see him and compare notes. You all have been a marvelous support system. I love you all. Thank you for being in my life.

Great job ! Keep on working it. I will have my 1 yr. on 10-07-05. Struggling with my last twenty pounds. But no way am I complaining, for sure. God is sooooo good! Sally
