Prayer Walking

I smiled because I went on my first 'prayer' walk today at lunchtime. My friend and I walked and prayed the entire time. I had never done this before but was open to something new. I loved it! It was wonderful just walking and talking with and praising our Lord. I feel so rejuvinated and ready to finish the rest of my day. We plan to do it everyday. Has anyone else ever tried this?
