Waiting for approval---need an angel

Hi folks, I'm waiting to be approved and you know...I'm finding out that my family and friends don't understand why I'm having the surgery or they are apathetic. I could really use a friendly ear to voice my hopes, my fears, someone who knows just how I feel and what I'm about to go through. Any one interested can email me. Hi I just read your profile. You're on your way!!!!! Like you, my sister & mother are not sold on this surgery, so I have not been sharing much with them unless they ask. I figure that they will just have to wait and SEE the results! This website has really been a God Send to me, as I'm sure you will find out also! God Bless! Thanks for the kind words Cindy. Someone suggested I take my husband with me to my first consult and I believe I will do that. He can ask the surgeon any questions or concerns and hoefully he will have a better understanding as to why I really want this. I'll keep everyone posted.
