I am not excluding anyone, just looking for peeps of like precious faith who believe in One God, Jesus' name baptism and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. I am not looking for debate. I respect all others and their beliefs, just looking for 'peers'. Thanks. Toodles, Reneé 418/337/125 -81 pounds!

Me!! I'm Pentacostal!!! I believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son who shed his blood for my sins, and I believe that God sent us the comforter, the Holy Spirit as in Acts Chapter 2. I believe in speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. Praise God for the Comforter!! Randall

My ex-daughter-in-law and her new hubby just did the Jesus name baptism. Not to put your religion down, I would never do that, but he is so misguided. He is FORCING her to wear her dresses touching the floor. My little two year old granddaughter is being forced to do the same and my little five year old grandson had to wear long pants all during the 100 degree weather we have had. Step dad threw the tv out and mom threww all the spiderman, spongebob and other like dvd's and videos out. The kids are being forced to "get down on their knees every time they are a little mischevious. I am very familiar with those churches and beliefs. I am pentecostal . The kids dad is Church of God. We are going to court next week over how these kids are being treated. The step dad has gone from one extreme to the other. My little grandson was being called,"stupid little sob". Now, he is being called. "mean little *******". I guess that is acceptable in the church. This step dad has a history of mental illness . I know that is where all this stuff is coming from. The Jesus Name churches as a who;e are not like that. BTW, have you ever heard of the Rev. R.A. West?

No, I don't know a Rev.R.A. West. I just wanted to add that I teach my children to pray, I never have had had a TV in the house since they were born. Some peeps think it's crazy, like my family. But my kids are growing up healthy and strong. My fifteen year old daughter is a jewel and she doesn't go out looking like a hooker. Because she has had no influence from Hollywood. I also homeschool my children and catch alot flak about that. But I say it noone's business how I raise my children. Unless of course, they are in physical danger. Now, i have to 'force' my kids to take out the trash, to go to bed, brush their teeth, etc. But it is all for their good. I do not agree with a brutal hand, kids will be kids and you have to let them be to an extent, but I am loathe to make judgement on only one side. I wear dresses only. And they are well below my knee. And wearing pants in the summer never killed anyone. Just ask my hubby and son. And I don't have a problem with a man being the head of the household. So, I don't really agree with you on those issues. However, I DO NOT condone abuse in the name of Jesus. Jesus would never accept a child being called names. I hope all works out for your family.
