Update on me

So yester day was my weigh in appointment. I was scared I got on the scale just knowing I was going to be very close to my surprise I still have 15 pounds to go. I was so hurt I wanted to cry I mean I 2 weeks ago at my PC office I only had 9 pounds to go. I think something was wrong with that scale. Anyway that....Anybody want to watch me lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks? Lorraine

Hi Lorraine, Keep the faith. You may not lose 15 lbs in a month. But, with Jesus on your side things will work fine. You're gonna make it. Be well and be blessed

You are doing awesome. 15 pounds is nothing. That 6 lbs. differenence could be fluid so don't sweat that! I'm praying for you and I know that God is on your side. You'll be at goal before you know it! Randall
