This Angel Needs "The Troops!" A Favor?

Hello Prayer Warriors! Asking a Huge Favor! Paul Kelly of Hampstead, North Carolina, is headed into surgery August 18th. His surgery Support page is very Low, but that is only the beginning of the Story. His Weight Loss Surgery will be the culmination of what has been two years of Devastating Complications! He's a 55 year old Minister who has suffered more complications Than many of us "Complication Types" put together. And still his spirits are optimistic. I am taking on Paul as his Angel and would love to see his surgery support page Brimming with Love. I'm presently trying to contact some minister's in Chapel Hill To have Paul put on their local Prayer Lists and maybe even have Some Ministers Visit he and his wife at the Hospital. His WLS is most abnormal. Paul has had a series of Intestinal Blockages and Excessive Herniation over the last 2 years to the point that, Removing some of his intestines is the only way to repair his abdominal cavity. The WLS is almost an "after-thought" in his case. If anyone has contacts with a church in the Chapel Hill NC area, Please pass on his name. Hey Dex, I would love to add Pastor Kelly to my prayer list and include my words of encouragement to his surgery support page. Thank you for all that you do on behalf of those of us who struggle with obesity. I believe that God will bless you and what you are doing. I am just about 8 weeks out and I still struggle getting food to stay down. I especially have difficulty with protein in any form. The doctors at the MMPC have prescribed nausea medication and Aciphex and that has helped, but I still have difficulty getting in my protein. I focus everyday to make the protein goal for the day. I must confess that I am getting tired of vomiting and feeling yuck every time I eat. I do believe that it will get better. The good news if that I have dropped 67 pounds. I am very excited about the weight loss. Thanks again for your encouragement. Gary
