Hey there Trudy! I can totally relate with you. I still have limited mobility due to a car accident (profile) but #1- I was one 13 pills a day and now down to 1! #2-I have bones! #3-Smaller NORMAL size clothes! #3- I feel better than I have in years! #4- I look better and that's a PLUS for me and my wife. #5- I'll be around for many years to see my children grown if the Lord tarries. I praise God for WLS!! He sent this as a way of healing for me! NO DOUBT!! God bless! Randall
AMEN RANDALL, I FEEL NOW I WILL BE AROUND TO SEE WHAT MY G-KIDS BECOME . PRAISE BE TO GOD MY 3 CHILDREN ALL SERVE THE LORD AND ALL MY G-KIDS ARE IN CHURCH. MY OLDEST G-DAUGHTER MARRIED A MINISTERS SON AND THEY PLAN TO GO INTO SOME SORT OF MISSIONARY WORK. THE LORD HAS BLESSED ME BEYOND MEASURE. GOD BLESS, TRUDY
I haven't had WLS yest, but I already have blessings that have taken place during the pre-op testing period.
1. I found out that I had sleep apnea that is being treated by CPAP. I am already starting to feel better, and most likely losing weight will cure it. If it was left untreated it may have have some severe complications.
2. My nuclear stress test turned out inconclusive which resulted me to have to undergo a cardiac cath. Everything is 100% AOK. God is good.
3. I have had a wonderful support system of family, friends, co-workers and this website peers.
4. I am excited that my comorbities will disappear after my weight loss.
5. I am at peace with the WLS that I chose.
THE MOST IMPORTANT IS GOD IS IN CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
