Prayers Please

Tomorrow night (7/8/05) I have my sleep study. I am a really light sleeper...and I just don't want this to be a very long night. I've heard that they "wire you up" and all - and I just can't believe it will be easy to fall asleep knowing that someone is "watching" you from another room.
