Hello Everyone!

This is Greer, I'm still homeless, but God has certainly provided my EVERY NEED! Post-surgery experience is doing well! I've lost a total of @ 40 lbs. I ask for you to remember me in your prayers as I have applied for an apartment that will still not allow me to have my dogs, but will open the doors to possibly entering into a program to attain my own home again. The company that processes the applications is still reviewing my references and checks. This apartment is held specially for people that are in Transition as myself and would not only get me out of the questionable neighborhood I am currently living in, but also help me reestablish my life through this program. NOTE: The apartment is PRIVATE and is a garden apartment! This would be a totally new beginning for me as shortly before my surgery I lost almost everything (including my home). Greer, Hi . I had to answer this post.I have been homeless 5 times in my life, starting when I was 16 years old. I have been serving the Lord since 1996. God is so good to us. I have been homeless twice since comming to know the Lord, but each time I grew tremendoulsy in Him. I found that I came to rely on Him more than ever. I prayed more, read my Bible more, AND LEARNED TO TRUST GOD! It was not an easy task. At first I was angry and frustrated. I wondered how could God let me and my kids go through this. Why did He abandon us. He didn't. I don't know why He allowed us to go through this, but the rain falls on both good and evil. I can't believe how much I learned during this time. GOD IS SO GOOD. It's been almost a year since the Lord blessed my children and I with a wonderfull home that truly came from him. We found it quite by accident while looking at my aunt's (God rest her soul) old house. there was a sign up just down the street, I called the number, it was way more than we could afford. when the owner called back he said we were on his heart even though 8 people filled out an application (we didn't) he wanted to rent to us. He lowered the move in costs and made it affordable for us. this was more than we could have dreamed of. Even when we don't understand the why's of it all God does. You are on my prayer list,and I do pray for the people on it. Just trust Him, He loves you GOD Bless, Annette
