surgery Tuesday

My surgery is on Tuesday to remove the THING the doctor found last week in my left side that has been causing me all this pain. He does not at this time think it is cancer but is calling it a diagnostic surgery. He first thought he could do it lap but now is saying it will have to be open. It wasn't supposed to be until the end of the week or early into the next but he called and moved it up. Don't know why. I am worried. I appreciate your prayers.
