Need some serious prayer

I am coming to you, my brothers and sisters today to ask for prayer. My husband and I are on a fixed income and right now we have a dire financial need in our home. I am not asking for help from you, only prayer. I know that God is aware of our situation. We are both christians. Our church has this thing where the pastor blesses us at the end of the sermon and part of that blessing is, "may you recieve unexpected checks in the mail". Well, we have recieved those checks a few times. Right on time, too. We are faithful in our tithing and giving . Right now, we are at the end of our rope and I have begun to question God and then find myself profusely begging His forgiveness because I know he is an on-time God. Seems a little slo right now tho. (I hope he sees the humor in that statement). I am embarrassed to even post this and it might get pulled but I felt in my heart to put our need out there. We need groceries and etc. Vitamins and protein for me and proper food. God says, "where two or three agree" and I know there are more than two or three of us on here so please, if you don't mind, lift us up and agree with us that this need will be met. Somehow it always works out. Just really hard today to see the light. Thank you so much for your prayers and again, prayer is all I'm asking.

Thank you so much Doodle. My spirit really needs lifting today. What is so hard is that we have never in thirty five years of marriage, ever been in this place before In fact, we have always been better off than some and even now, I know there are people with more needs than ours and I pray for them daily. My husband only got saved last Christmas and it is like a trial we are going thru. I have always ministered in church in the teaching and on the praise team. When I wasn't doing that, when I was able, I traveled with a well known evangelist as a singer for his crusades. So, I am having a hard time understanding why we are being brought so low as to not even be able to buy groceries. But the Lord gently reminded me awhile ago of all the little kids in our state that didn't even have the bowl of mac and cheese on their table that I had. And of all those poor people overseas. So I am trying my best to count my blessings. My health is failing and the doc doesn't seem to know why. I weigh 110 now and still losing. I am out of protein shakes and vitamins now but only recently ran out so I guess I am having a little pity party. But as i said before, I know he is an "on-time God . Again, thanks for your prayers.

Precious Lord, we come before you now and Ask for the finances needed for this family. We also BIND up SATAN and his evil tricks to divert our attention away from your GLORy and LOVE. We BIND every effort that he is making against us for our health, our peace of mind and our trust in YOU. We praise you and thank you DEAR LORD for all that you have given us and all that is still to come to us by way of your everlasting love and we give you all the GLORY for what have done for us. In Jesus' HOLY NAME, AMEN.

I would like to say thank you to everyone that is praying for us right now. It is already more than "two or three". I know God will help us. "I was young, now am old, I've never seen the righteous forsaken or His seed begging for bread". God Bless you all.

Dear Delores, I know you are a true child of God as you give to the Lord from your heart willingly and from your need and not your surplus! Yes, you are right that God knows the perfect time...I know from my experiences that God's time and mine are not quite together. But I can tell you that He will NEVER leave or forsake one of His children. He will provide for your every need and it will be just in time! I do know what you are experiencing and have been without food and shelter just after my surgery. God provided both and although I lost my home...I know that God will provide another and place me where he wants me. He will do that for you also, Delores. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband. I can't wait to hear how God miraculously provided for you! God Bless, Greer

Hi Delores. You and your DH are in my prayers. Have you ever prayed the prayer of Jabez. We pray that at church after each offering is recieved. 1Choronicles 4:10 is where it can be found. We say this. "As we recieve todays offering, we believe the Lord for jobs and better jobs, businesses and better businesses, sales and comissions, settlements estates and inheritances, intrest and income, rebates and returns, checks in the mail, gifts and surprises, blessings and increases, bills decreasing, bills paid off. I thank you Lord for meeting all my financial need that I may have more than enough to give into the Kingdom of God. Oh that you would bless me indeed, enlarge my territory, keep me from evil that your hand would be with me that I may not cause pain, I believe I recieve in Jesus name, Amen.
