Prayer Needed

My friend since 1976/1977 has cancer. Her daughter just told me yesterday. November has been a terrible month for us and thi**** me pretty hard. Please pray for my family and that of my friend Sharon. Thanks. Everyone have a happy Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Hi Doodlebug. I am lifting you and your family and Sharon up in prayer. The Lord is there with you right now holding you and loving you. I know it's a very scary time for all of you. I was there where your friend Sharon is this past April when they discovered I had stomach cancer. There are so many things that can be done to cure cancer and/or slow it down. Lucky for me, they were able to perform an open RNY and remove 9/10 of my stomach and my gallbladder. I am hoping and praying for a complete cure. Just trust in the Lord always, and He will be there for you. I know you will be there for Sharon, letting her know how much you love her. I found that getting cards, emails, and phone calls from my friends and family really helped. I could look back over what was written and write back to them when I felt up to it. Thank you so much for your prayers and kindness. Sadly my friend doesn't own a computer and never advanced that far into modern times. I was shocked to hear she got a cell phone. LOL Not that she's old, she just never progressed in that area. She has sent me a couple e-mails from her daughters computer. So I am actually talking to her daughter more now than I am her, since we can e-mail. I have a card by me now to mail to Sharon as it was her birthday the other day.
