How is everyone doing? It's been a while since I've posted, though I try to read the board when time permits. I just wanted to say hi to all the oldies ( I mean Oldie posters) and to also say Hi to all the new people that God has brought to this forum. I try to udate my web page when I can, and I have gone out to lunch with some other girls from San Diego who have or who are going to have the surgery. . Were still in the process of trying to sell, but Im not sure where that is going. Only God knows which direction our paths will lead. I just thank God that I can turn to him, and trust that he knows what's best for us. I hope and pray that everyone who is waiting on approval will be filled with the Lord's peace as you wait to hear the good news, and I pray for everyone who has just had the surgery, that your body will be healed quickly and you will be able to do the work of the Lord, that you were unable to do in the past. Blessings to all Geri

Hi Geri, God is good all the time. All the time God is good. I still have 4 months of my pcp watching my diet. Hopefully next summer I will be a LOSER. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. God Bless, Corinn

Hi Geri~ You are so sweet for checking in on us, and letting us know you're OK. You have been on my mind and in my heart the last few days. I'm now 19 days post-op and about 17 pounds down, doing OK, and grateful. It was a little bit more painful than I thought it would be. I depend on the tummy binder for comfort and confidence. A little Vicadin helps from time-to-time. But honestly have enjoyed the last three weeks at home. I could get used to it again. When ya' get a chance email me and let me know how the homeschooling's going, your husband career challenges and so on? Love to know and love you, Sally
