Since having WLS, my anxiety level is very high. I understand this, cause I no longer have my coping tool (food) However, knowing this and feeling this are two totally different things. I know my purpose in life. I was told to pray for others. Since Surgery I havent been doing this. I think the Lord told me to pray for others because he knew that i would no longer have my comfort so he directed me to have a release, Prayer. I am asking for your prayers for me. I have never done this, but i need them. I am feeling out of sorts. I cried out to the Lord today to help me with dealing with the anxiety. And i was allowed by his grace to cry. (i dont cry) I need to cry to God more often. I know you will pray for me. Thank you very much. May God bless you Thank you Gina

Gina, I have had a difficult time focusing and praying since surgery but I'm working on it. It's almost like there is a distance between the Lord and myself. I didn't know if it had to do with surgery, anethesia, or what but I will be glad to put you on my prayer list. God Bless! Hugs, Kathy

Gina, I will be praying for you. You are looking in the right direction UP! I haven't had my surgery yet, it is set up for Nov 12. So I really do not know about those feelings. God is a awesome God! Just remember that he keeps up in his circle of protection. He will never leave us nor forsake us. That is his promise to us. Theresa

I'm praying for you Gina! Just do what the Lord has directed you to do. He'll do the rest. I know what you mean also about the emotions since surgery. Don't you just love the good cry when you cry out to God. After you do, you feel so good and so pure. He is an awesome God and I'm so thankful He is there to hear us when we do cry out to Him. Our spouses, children, family and friends may not hear us when we cry out, but God will always hear us and answer. Randall
