I'm on the mend..praise you Lord!

Hello to all my friends in Christ! I had my surgery on Friday the 15th. All went well... they also found and removed my ovary with a 7cm cyst. (two surgeries in one) I'm home and on the mend. Feeling pretty good. I feel so blessed by all the prayers and all the loved ones who are pulling together to make my recovery as smooth as possible. The Lord is such a wonderful provider. He has placed such fantastic people in my life (including the new friends found on this site). I just wanted to check in with you all! God Bless! Shirlene

Shirleen!! I am so happy for you! I have'nt been on the site for awhile so I did'nt realize you were post-op.Praise His Holy Name!!!!! I am so glad you are doing well. Please be kind to yourself.The recuperation took a little longer than I thought.I am 5 weeks post op tomorrow and have lost 30lbs.I am happy w/ that.I can't wait till you tell us how you are doing w/ losing.In His name--Shelley
