I got my date!!! Praise the Lord!

Hey, I got my surgery date JUNE 21st! It is also my 7 year wedding anniversary. They offered me June 14th, but after talking to my hubby, we decided to wait a week. I am sooooo happy. Praise the Lord that he has brought me this far and I know he will be there for the rest of this journey. Hugs to you all, Sherri

Sherri, I have a dear friend having her surgery on 6/21 also. I'll be in Florida for my 6 month checkup with my surgeon with my friend who had WLS 2 1/2 yrs ago. We will be praying for my other friend and you early on the 21st...blessings to you. It is a fantastic journey that just enables us to be more and more and more for our Lord Jesus! Praising His Name! Wow! I am so happy for you! Praise the Lord! He is so good. Congratulations on your wedding anniversary ours is the 12th, also 7 years. I would also like to send prayers and blessings your way. With every thing that must be happening in your life. I know that the stupid devil can take a toll on us especially just when it seems like things are finally going right for a change, that is when he starts working overtime. Stay close to Jesus and stay in love with your husband and things should fall into place. I am struggling with it. just hope you dont have too. The devil is a liar. And I'm not giving in! Even if he takes my marriage, Jesus will still be first for me. We have been living for God for almost 6 years and lately my husband has been dressing like a thug and staying out late every night, not going to church. I don't know what is going to happen but i do know I am going to believe the report of the Lord! He is my strength. He hasn't failed me yet, I don't suppose He will start now.
