I am new here!

Hi I am new to this board but not AMOS. I had an open RNY on April 21st. God has been so good to me. I have no complications, no nausea except just after surgery. I am eating with no problems, still on liquids and running out of liquid options but hanging in there. I have lost 25 lbs as of May 2 and lost 35 prior to surgery for a total of 60 lbs. so far. I will not be able to weigh again until June 3rd . Everybody has been amazed at my progress and strength. Am not able to walk without walker yet but am almost out of wheelchair. They don't understand how upbeat I am. I keep telling them the Joy of the Lord is my Strength and that is where my strength comes from. Without Him I am nothing!! 580/520/190

Hi Judy. all things are possible through Him. congrats on your surgery and progress. You'll be jogging around the block in no time.

Just wanted to say welcome and God bless, I went in and read your profile and your story sadden me about your friend who didn't get approved in time. god was just ready for her to come on up to receive her new body there. I pray that your weight just continue to come off because just reading your story, god has got a work for you to do and I look forward to you coming back in to tell us which directionn God has sent you in.
