New to Forum

Hello everyone: I'm new to this forum and I'm thankful that I've found you all. I can sense the spirit of God here. I would like to request prayer. I was laid off my job on 11/24/03 and I've been doing temporary work since that time. I interviewed for a job today, 2/13/04 and I want you all to agree with me that God will bless me with the job. Matthew 18:19-20 states "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." Thank you all for agreeing with me. I will post an update on the job situation when I get the news!! Lord bless you Gayzelle! I can tell you from experience He provided me with a job, when ALL doors were slammed shut! Only He could have given me the job I have had now for 7 years! I was out of work for 4 years on disability and when I was ready to go to work again He provided a job within 5 weeks, P.T.L. isn't that just like our God! Hang in there, His Word is the best encourager of all.

Praise the Lord Gayzelle, I come into agreement with your prayer request. I come into agreement that the Lord will give you the desires of your heart. The Bible talks about how the Lord will give you the desires of your heart if you delight yourself in Him. There is a job out there just for you. If it is the will of the Lord for you to have this one then it is but if not know that the Lord has a far better one instore just for you. Please keep us updated on your VICTORY!!! I also was unaware of this forum. I met you at Dr. Enoch's support group and wanted to encourage you. "And looking upon them, Jesus said to them, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible". Matthew 19:26 All we need is our Lord and it anything is possible. Praise His name. The Lord is faithful to His children. I will pray for you, and please pray for me. I have a date for my surgery 3/1/04. It's only two weeks away and I know the Lord will be my guide but that does not stop my "self" from being weak. I hope to hear from you with great news of a job.

Hi Lynne: Thank you so much for your prayers. I'll make sure to keep you posted on the outcome. I do know that there were only two of us that were chosen to interview and he said he would be making a decision by the end of the week. What God has for me is for me I do know that.
