A day of prayer and fasting for my friend

I am taking today to pray and fast for a friend's surgery. He has a cyst in his finger which he is having removed today. Please join me in praying for him. I wasn't quite sure how to fast after WLS, but for today, I am going to drink my water and only have protein shakes. Thanks for praying.
