 Psalm 18 19 He brought me out into a spacious place;
he rescued me because he delighted in me.

Whenever I see that the Lord delights in me, I think of my grandchildren. Isabel is 4, and Lincoln is 2. I delight in them so much it hurts not to see them at times. Every minute with them is cherished and precious to me. It has taken me many years to comprehend that the Lord feels the same way about me. Now, knowing the feeling of delight I have in my Munchkins, I am in awe that the Lord feels the same way about me. I hope you know that the Lord delights in you too. Isn’t He just an awesome Father.

Hugs,
Trish

I know and it's just unfathomable that he loves us even more than we can love our little ones! Too amazing! GD just called to say she's having contractions every hour so I'm hoping her baby is coming soon. GGMa is on baby watch, will let you know if we actual get anywhere with it, you know how babies are!?

 Oh Karen,
I know how you feel right now on baby watch.  When my daughter was in labor with Isabel, my first grandchild, I could not be with her in Michigan, so I was at the mercy of her husband's calls to keep me posted.  I finally went there a week later.  When Lincoln, her second, was arriving, I drove to be there, and got there the night before she went into labor.  She woke up at 5:30 a.m. in labor, and I stayed with Isabel till she woke up, then I drove her to wait at the hospital with her other grandmother.  I was so thrilled to hold that little guy, well big guy.  He was 9 lbs. 6 oz. and a week early.  My daughter's labor with Lincoln was only five hours, praise the Lord.

Blessings,
Trish
