Ooops I missed yesterday. Been under the weather with my lungs lately, it's so hard to get anything done when I'm huffin' and puffin' for air. I get so sleepy from lack of oxygen even with my oxygen machine since my nose is plugged up. So you could throw some prayer that direction. For praise I'm just glad to be here and not in the hospital like some times when I get this way. God bless! Karen
Prayers are on their way. My sinuses have been a mess for over a week now. I am on prednisone to get them in check, and I hate the side effects of it. Plus, I have been having huge anxiety attacks, and they are really making me crazy...heart racing, mind racing...just totally off the chart. There are a ton of things racing through my mind, and I am really struggling to make sense of it all.
My praise is that the weather here has been glorious, and I have taken tons of walks with my dog as a result.
