Resolutions
The Bible tells us that we need to resolve arguments and disagreements. Nothing eats us up more than nurturing a grudge. As Christians we need to make every effort to resolve the disagreement. Hopefully this is easier to do with our fellow Christains because we both try to follow God's word.
Unfortunately many non Christians don't want to follow this idea and would hold onto and grow their grudge. I have a family member that has issues with me some what from being Christian but no matter how I've tried to reconcile the situation it just backfires and explodes on me. You can't force someone else to resolve things when they aren't willing. So do the best you can and always take the higher road. God bless! Karen

Karen,
I am here! You know, as I have grown older, I have found that as David had a Saul in his life, we too, may find that we have one. David loved and respected Saul, but he could never make peace with him. Sometimes we have to not only take the high road, but also lower the expectations that have for people. We must forgive and go on.
Once, I thought I had a Saul in my life. It was someone very dear to me. I just finally decided I could stand to be hurt no more and took myself out of the picture. But our amazing God worked on this person, and me as well. In time, we became closer than we had ever been and we value our relationship and refuse to let Satan destroy it.
I think we have to realize that we can't fix anyone, our kids, siblings, spouses, or whomever. Only He can.
God Bless,
and am I now redeemed? lol
