Do you feel like you are on the hot seat sometimes? When it's just one thing after another with no end in sight. Well, like producing a strong metal we must also be heated and tempered. Holiness often involves being heated to build our strength. Isa. 43:2 says "When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned." Not if but when! We never know when we will be asked to walk throught the fire but we do know that God's purpose is to purify us not destroy us. We can also be assured that He will right there with us! God bless. I hate the refining fire of trials. Yet, when I go through them, I know that they are making me more like Jesus, and that they are not going to harm me.
